To initiate a warranty case

1. All purchases from our official site are eligible for 30-day return & refund + 1 year limited liability warranty.
2. You can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Please make sure to return the product in the condition as it was shipped. (Otherwise may apply a restocking fee).
3. The issued refund will appear in your account in 7-15 business days.
4. If gift card, store credit, or free sample promotion is applied for an order, that order cannot be refunded.
5. Any third-party fee incurred is not eligible for refund. These include but are not limited to: Foreign Transaction Fee from customer's payment service, customs taxes, VAT, or non-standard international shipping.
6. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated by customer support.
