Warranty Policy:


1. All products from jellycomb.com are granted 30-day refund policy and 1-year warranty with limited liability.
2.  You may return the product within 30 days of delivery to issue for refund or replacement.
2. To initiate refund or replacement, please send your order details to support@jellycomb.com get your purchase verified and the support team will then help you proceed.
3. After we receive the returned product, we will send out replacement or refund. Refunds will generally be issued within 7-15 business days.
4. When gift card/Coupon/discount or any other forms of promotional credit is used in an order, that order cannot be refunded.
5. We are not responsible for any third party fees, which includes but are not limited to processing fees, customs taxes, VAT or any shipping costs incurred during the process.
6. You will have to compensate for the return shipping cost unless you received a faulty unit.
