USB Receiver/ Dongle:

Q: I cannot find the USB receiver.
A: USB receiver is located in the back compartment of the mouse, near the battery slot. Or it is in the back compartment of your keyboard for some models.

Q: Computer cannot recognize keyboard under Windows 7 OS.
A: Delete all the Bluetooth devices from your computer's current list and then retry Bluetooth pairing. 


Q: Can the touchpad zoom in? 
A: Yes. Please refer to the product manual for graphic display.



MS001 Wireless Mouse

Q: Can I use the mouse on Macbook Air?
A: Depends. This mouse requires the standard USB type A port to work. New 2018 Macbook Air with only Type-C ports will not be compatible.


MS003 Dual Mode Mouse

Q: Which mode is more battery efficient? Bluetooth or USB?
A: There is no significant difference, Bluetooth however, is slightly more efficient.
Q: How long can the battery last?



A: Brand new battery with 8 hours of daily usage, can last for about a month.
Q: I can't pair this keyboard in Windows 7.



A: Our keyboard works on Bluetooth 4.0. Only operating systems after Windows 7 supports Bluetooth 4.0. So if your computer hardware supports BT4.0, you can simply update your OS to Win 8 or later. Otherwise, you can still use the 2.4 Ghz USB wireless connection.



YP012 Headphone

Q: Volume is unbalanced, one side is louder than the other.
A: This is due to improper contact, you can unplug the 3.5mm interface and blow away any dirt. Reinsert the interface into the headphone jack properly then it should recover. 


YP053 Headphone

Q: The left and the right sound channel is reversed, how can I fix this?
A: Check the RCA port and the 3.5mm audio cable, make sure they are correctly connected. Try to connect the headphone with other methods.


B047 Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard

Q: Keyboard works fine on one device but having trouble connecting to another (or have obvious latency on the others).

A: This is due to much interference in the communication channel. You can clear the pairing list of the jammed device to remove interference. Then reconnect the keyboard.



Q: How to switch Input source under Android?
A: Shift+Space




N030 Numeric Pad- Bluetooth 

Q: The Bluetooth pairing does not work on my device (or laggy).
A: There is too much signal interference, please try clearing the Bluetooth list on your device and reconnect again. Hold TAB for 3 seconds to pair.




KUS015 Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo

Q: Fn and Numblock lights are always on. Keyboard never switch to power save mode.
A: This is due to the multimedia function being locked. Hold Fn+Esc for about 3 to 5 seconds to unlock.



Q: Keyboard does not take charge anymore, how to troubleshoot?
A: Press Esc+Q on the keyboard and check if the indicator flashes. If yes, the keyboard itself is fine, there may be something wrong with the cable. If not, it may be the keyboard, please contact us.
